Your 11-month-old: Week 4

How your baby's growing:

If your baby isn't walking already, she's likely to take her first independent steps soon. (If not, don't worry. Some perfectly normal babies are 17 or 18 months old before they start walking.)

You can encourage your baby to walk by standing or kneeling in front of her and holding out your hands. Or hold both her hands and walk her toward you. If she's like most children, your baby will take those early strides with her arms out to the side (for balance) and bent at the elbows, her feet turned outward, and belly out in front while her bottom sticks out behind (also for balance).

As always, make sure your baby has a safe environment in which to practice her new skills. Follow standard childproofing guidelines and never leave your baby unattended. And keep the camera ready!

BUSYYYYYY!!!STRESSSSSSS!!

Dear blog,

I am posting this post while I am stuck, blurrrrr, stress! A few weeks ago, I never post anything, and it's ok..but handling this online shop, doing all housework, take care of my beloved daughter at the same time are very very challenging. can you do this? Your 11-month-old: Week 1

Hey ya'll, It seems like google blog has been changed..^^ Long time no post..Alright, just to share my baby is now 11 months.

This I usually took from baby centre. Give me a lot of information as well....

How your baby's growing:

Wordlike sounds are now spilling out of your baby, and he's able to use some of them meaningfully. As his brain continues to develop, so does his ability to reason and speak.

Encourage your baby's interest in language and his understanding of two-way communication by being an avid listener and responding to his sounds. To polish his memory skills, play games like patty-cake and peekaboo.

I've no idea now.. i'd better sleep..

Good night ZZZzzzzzzz

Your 10-month-old: Week 2

How your baby's growing:At this age, your baby can sit confidently and may even walk while holding onto furniture, possibly letting go momentarily and standing without support. She'll take steps when held in a walking position and may attempt to scoop up a toy while she's standing, too. Those magical first steps toward independence — and lots more exercise for you! — are just around the corner, if they haven't arrived already. Most babies take their first steps sometime around 12 months, but some start much earlier. If yours isn't walking yet, don't worry — it's still early. Some babies wait until they're 18 months old to make that move.
Hey ya'll!! I steal some times to post my new entry.
My dear baby is now 10 months and 2 weeks! Her weight still remain the same with last months! Yes I a m worry, even feed her a lot, feed her with milk everyday but I wonder she gain slow or even loss?!
She trying to stand-up a lot nowadays. hope she will be able to have her 1st step..(^_^)
Ok..no ideas now! I Have to continue to my job. Ta ta ^^^

Your 10-month-old: Week 1

How your baby's growing:

Your baby is just beginning to understand many simple words and phrases, so it's more important than ever to keep talking to him. Give your chatterbox a head start on good speech patterns by repeating his words back to him using adult language. If he asks for a "bah-bah," for example, gently reinforce the correct pronunciation by asking, "Do you want a bottle?" At this stage of the game, it's best to try to avoid the tendency to use baby talk — it can be fun, but hearing the right words is better for your baby's development.

Though it may sometimes feel silly, having a conversation with your baby is a great way to encourage his language skills. When he rattles off a sentence of gibberish, respond with, "Oh, really? How interesting." He'll probably smile and keep chattering away.

Hey ya'll, it's a long time I didn't post any entry! It seems that I have no much time to go thru my beloved blog anymore :-( So many thing to done, especially my ONLINE BABY & KIDS APPAREL SHOP & so much more. I am trying to handle all things/ a lot of thing at the same time.. feeding my baby, give her drink, shower her, sing a song for her to nap/ sleep..etc bla bla bla.... Yup that is my routine nowadays. My time was spend a lot in front of my laptop & serve my beloved baby. What I realized was I never got boring, instead of keep waiting for my beloved customer to comment, email or call me up, and waiting for Mr Postman to send my parcel (^_^).. Cook for my baby & hubby is everyday, cannot escape, washing clothes, mopping/ cleaning floor & houses is Essential! The most important is Everyday MUST PRAY!!

Whatever I do and I wish to do, I depend on God, HE knows everything and I am keep waiting for HIS voice to me. Thanks Lord for this beautiful life.

Alright! It's time for to go.. A lot of things have to be done today!!

Your 9-month-old: Week 3

How your baby's growing:

The torrent of words your baby has been hearing since birth is beginning to work its magic, although his understanding of words far outpaces his ability to use them. His babbling has turned to jabber and is probably starting to sound a little like real words, phrases, and sentences. Your baby thinks he's saying something, so respond as if he really is!

Your baby still comprehends more from your tone than from your actual words. He can understand when you're pleased. The more you talk to your baby — either directly or while doing other things, such as preparing dinner, driving, or getting dressed — the more he learns about communication.

Your 9-month-old: Week 2

How your baby's growing:

By this week, your baby will start to remember more specific information, such as where her toys are in your home. She'll also be able to imitate actions she's seen as long as a week before.

These skills indicate that she has recall memory — the ability to remember some details of a specific experience for a short time — though she still doesn't remember most of her experiences. Long-lasting conscious memory of specific events won't develop until your child is 2 or 3 years old, when real language emerges.

What a busy month for me? But I'm happy finally my baby can sit by herself. Thanks God.
I believe that YOu always provide her with the best thing. Amen.

Happy 9 Months Baby Clovey!

Hey ya'll..... how long I didn't post any entry? Well anyway.. I just want to share to u all, my baby was exactly 9 months on last 20th Feb.. I am so excited and i hope she will grow with good health eventhough I am a bit worry she didn't want to eat and suck milk in small quantity. I guess she is weight loss instead of gain her weight. Her current & previous weight remain the same for a month! What should I do?

Her teeths are almost out! and perhaps that the reason she didn't want to eat right? Hope hope after this she will eat more.

Will post more!

Your 8-month-old: Week 1

Hey ya'll.. I am so grateful that Clovey is already 8 months now. I'm happy everyday with her, see her development, attitude, etc.

How your baby's growing:

Your baby's newfound mobility means that he's now entering the land of bumps and falls. These are an inevitable part of childhood, and although your heart may occasionally skip a beat or two, try to enjoy watching your baby explore his surroundings and discover his limits.

Restraining your innate desire to protect your baby allows him to grow and learn for himself. However, do make every effort to make your home baby-safe. A good way to do this is to get down to his level to find the possible danger zones. Secure fragile objects so they won't topple, for example, and keep rickety furniture in rooms that are off-limits.

.. And yes I've already put Clovey into the walker, actually my sister Daddie when we're at our hometown. Clovey actually strong enough to move her leg, and that will be her early excercises with walker..but now at home she still excercise on a bed, and actually I am quit worry that 'til now she can't sit compare with the other same age baby. But I do hope that soon she will stand and walk early as well. God bless baby Clovey. Amen.

Your 7-month-old: Week 4

How your baby's growing:

Your baby's emotions are becoming more obvious. Over the next few months, she may learn to assess and imitate moods and might show the first stirrings of empathy. For instance, if she hears someone crying, she may start crying too. And even though your baby's just beginning to learn about her emotions, she's picking things up from you. Over the many months (and years) to come, your child will likely copy the way she sees you treat people.

Get well soon my QueenLy!

Hey ya'll....Clovey is sick since last Sunday 'til now. Last night hubby and me brought her again to Dr Tan clinic. Doctor advice that if she is not ok until third day after consume the medicine, you better took another medicine since she is not suitable with it. Now, Clovey still got hoarse due to crying loud last Sunday night. I am sick when look of her now. She's very weak but very tolerant when I gave her medicine.

Whatever it is, a mother want the best for her children. I wish Clovey will get well so soon! God blessed.

She still can smile... It's ok. God bless you Clovey. ALWAYS.

How pity she is.

Til we meet again when baby is fully recover.

Your 7-month-old: Week 3

Hey ya'll... It's morning again on Wednesday.. Times files so fast and now my little baby will reach to 8 months. This is so much exciting even these few days she was sick 'til now. She got fever, cough, flu, and very weak body since last Sunday. Last monday we brought her to Hospital Likas emergency on 5.00 am because her body temperature quit high! She is so pity.
Hopefully, she will recover so so soon!

Let me share this:

How your baby's growing:

Teething can start as early as 3 months or as late as 12 months, but most babies sprout their first white caps (typically the two middle teeth on the bottom) between 4 and 7 months of age. Don't be alarmed if your baby has gaps between those pearly whites. Teeth often come up through the gums at odd angles, and spaces commonly disappear by age 3, after all 20 baby teeth have broken through.

Once your baby starts teething, you can expect more drooling and experimenting with sounds — you'd do it too, if you had to adjust to having strange new things in your mouth.

Well, if Clovey got fever because of teething, I hope she'll be so strong and in the end she will have her beautiful teeth. This is baby Clovey & me on her 7 months:

Your 7-month-old: Week 2

How your baby's growing:

By now, you may have already told your baby that the telephone isn't a toy, or that rattles aren't for throwing, or that her sister's hair isn't for pulling. At this age, your baby may begin testing your authority by refusing to follow your simple directions. She's not really being disobedient or willful — just curious.

Keep in mind that she simply can't remember things you tell her for more than a couple of seconds at a time. The best tactic is to use a simple "no" and then distract her.

Your 7-month-old: Week 1

I supposed to post this entry last week but since my broadband coverage was not OK, I can't post it. Alright, this is only my alert or my knowledge about my baby. For those who wanna read it, u are always welcome.

How your baby's growing:

Your baby may have already started feeding himself finger foods, although this can begin as late as 10 months. Once he reaches this stage, you can introduce a sippy cup.

Try giving your baby a cup with a spout and two handles. If he's getting frustrated that he can't get more liquid out of the sippy cup, remove the valve in the lid. If he has trouble figuring out how to suck through the spout, take the lid off and let him drink straight from the cup. (Show him how to tip it back so the liquid flows into his mouth.)
